Organizational Environment
Our organization is designed to provide training to its members. It is composed of students who have the eagerness to learn and adapt things that will mold their abilities and personalities. The training ground and the mentor is appropriate for them to gain positive qualities needed in achieving their established goals and objectives.
Organizational Relationship
We as the trainees for the future executives are trained by an instructor who conducts and provides activities that can mostly develop the potential skills and abilities of each one of us. Our instructor acting as our boss in the organization is requiring us to share all the ideas we have to everyone.
